5. Subsidies for needy employees: in order to help needy employees in the company's family, the company makes visits for needy employees on the Mid Autumn Festival and the Spring Festival and sends them consolation money; for needy employees in the family, the company subsidizes the assistance money in the salary every month. 8. Travel: the company will organize some employees to go out for sightseeing activities every year according to the situation.
